Over the years I've attempted to diet so many different ways, you name it I probably attempted or at least researched it. I'd avoid the scale just so I didn't have to be accountable for my life style.
Well it's been one year and one month since I've decided to change my eating habits, and I've been able to keep at it. So why not give my blog a chance?! It's only been two months since my last update its not like I've missed years of updating.
Ok, now that I feel less guilty lets get on with it:
I've been slightly addicted to the gym, which isn't a terrible thing (depending on who you ask). My weight has not really changed since my last post, however, I am seeing major improvements with the shape of my body.
My arms, shoulders are pretty much at where I want them to be:
