Non-Scale Victories!

So I have a few Non-Scale Victories this week:

NSV #1:   This is my first link up!!  Woohoo!!

NSV#2:  Not giving up once or stopping at all during an intense Cardio Cross Training Class

NSV#3:  Finding an awesome, amazing, delicious recipe for a protein shake....!! (will post recipe soon..)

NSV#4:   Eating within my calorie goals (almost every day) 

NSV#5:  Deciding to run a Half Marathon....
